Quite an impressive waterfall to be so far off the beaten track!

There are lots of nice "swimming pools" along the trail...

Okay, so what if there is no wireless connectivity? I can always compose offline...(If you are wondering why my feet are oily, I just finished a "Jungle Bay Massage." ;-)

I bought a bottle of the local sugar cane rum, "Macoucherie" to mix with my Angostora Lemon & Lime Bitters soda that I have only found in the islands. With the fresh lime from Israel's garden, it makes a yummy cocktail!

They are going to have to pry my cold, dead body out of this hammock!!

Okay, well, maybe the dinner bell was enough...

The rocky Atlantic coast is too rough with undercurrent for swimming, but it sure makes for some wonderful sound effects from the tree house!

Quiet reading time, poolside, Jungle Bay. No one else around.

Jungle Bay Restaurant

I cannot describe how good the naps were from this hammock! Between the sounds of the occasional rainstorm, the waves crashing on the rocks below, and the tree frogs and birds singing, it was hypnotic.

I decide to stretch my legs for a walk down to the White River, just 15 minutes from the Jungle Bay property.
