Since this station opened on the heels of WWII, they were prepared...

It is the Polar Star tradition to have an outdoor barbecue. Outside on the grill were shrimp, ribs, sausages, steak, and chicken....

Buffet inside included salads, grilled veggies, dessert, and a cheese course. Food on Polar Star was quite good!

This was such an exciting sight and sound! Spray from the blowholes of Humpback whales!
